Dear here is nothing to like anything... Super se upar faltu company

...employees in front of external people, which was humiliating and unprofessional. Additionally, the company didn't pay me for my last 14 days of work, showing complete disregard for their employees' rights. This place truly operates like a beggar company, and I strongly advise against joining. Experienced professionals should steer clear of this place. There are no opportunities for promotion, and the working conditions are oppressive. The company constantly monitors employees with 3 cameras in a tiny not more than 200 sq ft room, making it feel more like a prison than a workplace. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this company at all costs...a worst company I have ever seen that's why there is no employee experience in that company more than 2-3 months ....

There is nothing to like about the company

...m. No one is educated in the company. One of the worst company i have ever seen. They deduct salary for 6months as a security deposit Dont even provide any benefit like Pf or insurance. There are only 10 employees working in the company among that only 2 employees are working from last 2 years. Company is operating since last 15 years they are not even capable of retaining the employee for 5 years. Even in tough time they hold my salary they never trust any employee. There is no system followed by the Company will recommend never join this company. If you are looking growth in your career. There is nothing to learn in the company. Giving false statements to the company.

Salary given is very basic. Promotion is based on Favoritism and not merits. No skill development. To be very honest, the company culture sucks. Lot of politics and lot of favouritism.
