Just had to share this, I got a 100% hike!

I'm keeping this anonymous because I don’t want to disclose it in real life. After two years without a raise, I successfully negotiated a 100% increase at my current company. Nothing. The business head is a big time fraud and doesn't know ABC of sale

Dislikes

Everything is bad. For career seekers in sales anywhere in India, pls don't see Ecmas as a place to work since you won't be paid and will.get kicked out any moment . The Business Head is a complete waste. No office and resources. Just have one factory in Hyderabad and claim that they have production facilities and office everywhere.
