My experience at Eckstein has been largely positive, one area improvement could be streamlining project workflow, I observe that some time work is more sometime do not have any work, only this minor aspect needs to be improved.

Likes

The thinking of being a company within a company structure. Where you can also be a person playing variety of roles. This helps you to increase your skill sets and also helps in getting through different ideas and mindsets.

Dislikes

Some decisions are not taken with caring the situation of the employee. This becomes very risky to plan anything. Because you will get the information only at the last moment and you dont have much time to prepare. For.example relocation.

Likes

Management is very humble, hardworking and is interested to know if you enjoy the work and have kept communication free with them. The atmosphere is good. Work gives one good global exposure.

Dislikes

Sometimes I think the management expects one to work 100% efficiency to give every day 9 hours. Daily work hours are 9.5 hours including lunch (0.5hr) so it's technically 5.5-day work week. Holidays are few compared to other MNC's.

Open and Transparent culture, Management is talking to each employee and listen them, define career development path. Growth is exponential, in the past 3 years, company has set-up three offices in Pune (Sinhgad raod, Bavdhan and Bhugaon) and in Germany Office. Company send people to Onsite in Germany for short and long terms, more focus on people development and encouragement

Very good work culture with zero politics, friendly relationship in all employees, staff is having very supporting and kind nature very good management who puts efforts to maintain all these. Conduction of variety of events, quiz, team building activities etc. which makes everyone to work happily and motivationally!! Speedily growing company with large opportunities!!
