Yeah! It is very good for the permanent employees who works there but not at all for the daily wages workers. For employees it will be 5 star rated

Very less income for daily wages, no proper salary credits in time, you will get your salary by date 7-15th day of the next mnth . No ESI or medical security for the semi and skilled workers. Need to change the whole system and need to inspire by seeing RCI & DRDO. Workers union need to respond on temporary workers needs.

Salary is good and company is under MOD. Work culture is good. Salary mandate as per government policy. There is very less pension.

Dislikes

Politics and favoritism of the employee specially in south employees and north employees.

good projects, alternate saturdays holidays, no calls after office hours

only salary with no extra perks like other PSUs, no mobile phone allowed,poor medical benifits,poor township most employees staying outside, canteen food

Canteen food very bad experience token very high price please improve food quality one year contract period of very bad

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Maximum the vacancy will open only contract jobs, not permanent job.
