Good work environment and culture.since it is a central government company, it's time management and work management is perfect every year we get bonus,and its salary policies are good.

Dislikes

Salary is decent but career growth and opportunities are low.

ECIL has a Nice work culture and allows employees to work freely and also good support from senior employees are motivated. I like the Infrastructure and greenary.

Compensation is low and growth also slow.Lot of tasks are repetitive.

Salary is good and company is under MOD. Work culture is good. Salary mandate as per government policy. There is very less pension.

Dislikes

Politics and favoritism of the employee specially in south employees and north employees.

good projects, alternate saturdays holidays, no calls after office hours

Dislikes

only salary with no extra perks like other PSUs, no mobile phone allowed,poor medical benifits,poor township most employees staying outside, canteen food
