Company gives good salary for my living standards, work culture very good, Company teach me how to lead the team or manage the work.

I have hired on contract and company increase the contract period only six months basis so the mind set is not smooth that after six month contract will increase or not.

...h ECIL. The teammates everywhere I worked with is well experienced and friendly.Salary is completely satisfactory with no delay in it. Working environment is completely likable by any individual. It has flexible work timings and secured to female workers too.

Doesn't actually care for those who already worked with ECIL after their contract expiry.

ECIL has a Nice work culture and allows employees to work freely and also good support from senior employees are motivated. I like the Infrastructure and greenary.

Compensation is low and growth also slow.Lot of tasks are repetitive.

Yeah! It is very good for the permanent employees who works there but not at all for the daily wages workers. For employees it will be 5 star rated

Dislikes

Very less income for daily wages, no proper salary credits in time, you will get your salary by date 7-15th day of the next mnth . No ESI or medical security for the semi and skilled workers. Need to change the whole system and need to inspire by seeing RCI & DRDO. Workers union need to respond on temporary workers needs.
