The working environment and culture is very good. Not recommended for freshers as there is no variety of technology, but for people in TRIRIGA domain extremely recommended since exposer to TRIRIGA is given.

Working at eCIFM for me has been totally different experience because as soon I joined the organization...pandemic happened but still I would say that eCIFM always kept their trust in the new resources and provided us with the platform to uplift our skill sets...job security is not a concern for anybody until and unless they are unable to perform...management is supportive and they like to invest a lot of time in grooming their resources...overall for me it has been a great experience.

Some fun-activities or events can add more value to the organization rest in all perspective they are good.

Although company is good in terms of employees growth but overall HR policies is not good, they always tries to cut your salary and will do fake promises.

The only good experience I had was with my team. People were pretty cool around me. It's just the kind of company person likes to keep.

So first thing bad is infrastructure, something as basic as water dispenser complaint was not taken seriously. Next in line is infrastructure support, there was staff who was highly motivated ready to support with work, but eventually every one quit thanks to company politics Third it's not a big one but the infrastructure provided for work ( laptops and all) was not upto the mark ( example you should not expect iOS app automation unless you have provided a Mac)

I have been working in eCIFM for 7 Months. They terminated me without any notifying me. And that was my worst experience with a bad company. And they have meaning less policy like two employees can't talk and laugh, even they can't sit together more than 15-20 Day's. That's the worst company in IT sector. Don't go there for any reason.

There is no HR Policy and there no manager that can help you in any situation. There is zero even negative job security.
