The company is to innovation and readily adopts latest technology.i love the fact thats I m a part of a team that's markets reliable,hight quality product and has a global client base .as result,i get to travel abroad,especially to Us and Canada .but on-site.i also like the employee re-hire policy here.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent ,but growth is slow .The work pressure is very high.sometimes I have to work 12-14 hours straight in a dat as I have to attend client call in the evening and sometimes.

Likes

1. Allowance paid is really good for extra activities i.e. local conveyance, outstation allowances, work at night, holidays, week off. 2. Company is really taking good care of their employees. i.e. other perks, health checkup, medical benefit, 3. Work timings aren't fixed but it's flexible. Work culture is also good. 4. Sometimes you have to work on field site too for network activities.

Dislikes

1. Difficult to maintain work life balance as there's no fix office timings OR shift. 2. Most of the network activities are performed at night, so it becomes hectic. 3. You have to ready to work on week off & holidays oftenly, although you'll be paid allowance for this.

Worst ever company I have seen in my life. No management in India. No job security. No policy for employee

Dislikes

Fake policies and commitment to employees. High politics in recruitment in India. Sachin Parkar is giving fake commitments in projects in India. Need immediate action on him so that he could not spoil life of others.

I am so lucky that part of ECI telecom. The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology.i love am part of team and has a global client base.i am very thankful for giving mi opportunity for trust mi the giving my best.

Dislikes

Work is too good but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high.i have work daily 10 to 12 hours straight in a day aa i have attend clients calls and there issue and sometimes late into the night.

My company has nice work culture and allows employees to work freely, also there is good support from seniors and employees are motivated and appreciated for their efforts. And lots of things to learn
