Absolutely no pressure by department, fully friendly department, HOD supportive and the best part is company timing and this flexible shift. Also facility given to the staff members is also great. In pandemic situation Echjay Forging step up for workers safety. Like thermal screenings, mask provides, sanitizer at every places. Echjay takes responsibility to every vehicle for loading-unloading satize before and After Loading . The work pressure is very high,here growth is slow, important working not given to me from senior level it means GST related,tax related so my knowledge growth is very average.day to day same working no other activities. Work load extra but pay scale limited.
