Echelon Institute of Technology was a good work place before 2015. Now Echelon Institute of Technology, Faridabad is not a good Organization for working. I does not recommend for join Echelon Institute of Technology, Faridabad.

This organization is not good for working. Salary not release in time delay for 3 or 4 months. As per my experience this organization is not good for working. My six months salary is also hold so that i was resigned in October,2019. The management of this Institute is not a helpful.

Staff members are good and cooperative but management horrible.

1. Chairman man sir always try to find out feedback for improvising the quality of institutions. 2. Special perk to participate in their live events like any singer live events or any poet live event.

Dislikes

... find out communication gaps too there in b/w staff, Team leader, Management. 3. Salary issues like they pay you after 1 month 20 dayz later. It's not even sure you will get your full salary even sometimes.
