What I like about working at ECE India Energies Pvt Ltd is the friendly behavior of the team, a positive and supportive work culture, and the flexibility in work that allows for a healthy work-life balance.

Dislikes

One area where I feel there is room for improvement at ECE India Energies Pvt Ltd is the salary and growth structure. Long-term or senior employees often experience slower growth and lower increments compared to new hires, even when their performance and experience exceed expectations. Additionally, there seems to be a stronger emphasis on new employees, sometimes at the cost of overlooking the contributions of existing team members. Lastly, the current incentive structure doesn't always align well with the targets set, which can be demotivating.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals' unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times.

I recently went through an interview process with ECE. After multiple rounds of interviews, I was informed that I had cleared all stages and was awaiting the final decision. However, to my surprise, the company later told me that my application was being rejected due to a lack of vaccination, which was never mentioned as a requirement during the entire hiring process. I feel that this was an unprofessional and misleading experience. If vaccination was a mandatory criterion, it should have been communicated clearly at the very beginning, rather than using it as a reason to reject my application at the final stage. This incident has left me with a negative impression of the company’s hiring practices, and I would advise other candidates to be cautious and ensure they have all the necessary information upfront😡😔
