No strict deadlines, no aggressive targets, if you are in Delhi/ Gurgaon the Regional Manager Mr. Amit Kachroo is a good manager, growing company so you have an opportunity to do something new.

No professionalism, will have to learn everything by yourself (no digital learning tools/ no training plan/ no training facilitators/ everyone is busy so no one is their to teach you anything), not a process driven organization.

Nothing good in ece elevators. Ece is a very bad company for apprenticeship.

I don't like ece because ece did not allow anyone to get a job in the company after apprenticeship or created mental pressure on the children to get rid of the company. The only fault of a man is that of Arshad, that man makes all the management dance to his tune and that too on the heels of Rampal. Since 2016, not a single apprentice has been hired there and everyone is fired even after doing good work.

Service Supervision in Lucknow branch is not good for management. For management one should have higher degree. The company is making the person who neither knows how to read English nor how to run the system as supervisor.
