Mr. Anil Kumar Soni is a very डिग्रेड person and he is doing nothing in admin but he interfere in others working areas and receiving commission upon each & every financial transaction with party either purchase / repair & maintenance of AMC etc. No good working atmosphere here.

Taha jo bi senior hai company ke wo hard work krne wale team ko hata ker apni family ya relatives ko rakhte hai work krne wale chahe jitna kaam kr le unko nikal dete hai wo yaha family or cast culture me belive krte hai baki kisi ko bhi bina notic ke nikal diya jata hai company ke MD bhi syd es bat ko samjh nahi pate ya fir dhyan nahi dete apne purane empoly per ki wo kyu ja rahe hai or kaise demotivate ho rahe hai mehnat krne ke bad bhi senior sirf apne khas logo ki tarif krege baki ko demotivate krte hai jb ki kisi bhi company me aisa nahi hona chahiye
