No red flags joining this company. They give full support in case of emergencies. No work pressure, they always ask how much time is required to perform a task according to persons abilities. They provide decent salaries and their increments are also generous, but as they are not a big companies they are not able to provide you handsome packages. Very much recommended for person having 0-4 years of experience.

Dislikes

Nothing much to dislike, only if you want heaps of holidays then may be a reason for disliking them. They give 12 leaves per year and slightly less festive holidays compared to other companies. I am happy with that too, as many companies does not provide 2 days week off or have only odd Saturday week off.
