Work and personal Life was balanced. Fixed Salary part was credited on time.

Dislikes

Traveling expenses or claims were not paid on time ever. It was delayed upto 5 - 7 months. There was no employees skills development plan or workshops. MANAGEMENT or Reporting manager never ever discussed career glide path even on request also. Giving Fake commitments to clients. On of sudden laid off employees during lockdown MAY-JUNE 2020 WITHOUT PAYING PENDING CLAIMS OF 38000 APPROX. Not paying variables, employee has to struggle to get that.

Decent work environment. Teammates are supportive. Work-life balance is also good.

Dislikes

Salary hike is hardly seen, reimbursements are delayed for good 2-4 months. Claim policy is far from good. No self development at all.

No work pressure, no target only you have to work as client want and company have no issues what else if client have no issue.

Only salary, actually it's contract base job with client so what is salary is finalized in contract your remain as it is after cutting TDS and PF. So there will be no growth in salary till contract renewal and client want pay more. And if contract and your job end.

Only one thing, I loved of this company. Which is that, salary was credited on time to us and this was so much better than others

Simply, The company was released my hand as empty at this pandemic situation. Also they didn't paid the salary after April-20. After that, they are sent a mail in mid of the May-20. which considered you all are comes under the category of non essential position at this pandemic criteria. So, we can't paid you till office open. So that, I tried to get some other openings, but still I can't get anything suitable job to my profile

Nothing is to be liked as in working for EBIX Smartclass... has holded up the salary and infact saying no fnf will be given....They deducted the 70% salary during covid..and on calling the company hr or even writing mails is not answered...once should file a case on the company but that too won’t work for them...they even threw out their employees on the grounds which is not yet revealed to the employees...
