You can make meaningful friendships as the faculty team is a set of good people. The students are all so lovely that you stay hooked to the school.

Dislikes

The pay is not encouraging at all and the appraisals are as good as nothing. There are 6 exams and 2 projects in one academic year, and you end up always making question papers or correcting answer scripts. The work is overwhelming.

Working time will be good. Then, all staf are nice behave. Then, management is very friendly. Work schedule is properly.

Not dislike.. Salary will be decreased In case of covid19. So, my financial growth is down. Then, resign my job

Punctuality, strictness of meeting deadlines, cultural functions and time to time day out for hostel students. Food was also good.

Dislikes

Unprofessional, Rude, Didn't pay me fees of my last working month Retained my original mark sheet Hostel students are too arrogant and out of control. In spite of repeated requests didn't get any audio visual teaching aid in my classroom.

Its decent school for students not for the teachers!

The workload is a lot and if you know a few things then all work will be given to you so better pretend to be unskilled as you will have no personal life and you will be taking most of the work home. There is no proper distribution of classes and work. The way management is terrible. No support ever provided to the teachers!

campus gives a positive feel. Balances work and life. Working Saturdays are half a day. Events are planned in advance. They provide transport to teachers as well.

Dislikes

Since the institution hire employees on contract basis, they sack you without notice without explanation and they execute it every year. Need to butter up the hierarchies or else you may be in the dismissal list. Some of the teachers are disrespectful towards the new joinee.
