There is too much politics that is appreciated by the management. If you know how to do politics, you are welcome here and will receive maximum increments and promotions. Full of favouritism. There is no job security at all; they can ask you to resign whenever they want.

Full politics, management is fully biased just want Catholic, North-indians on top rest will never grow in this company. Dept. heads are all dumb few exception (kaam kare murga anda khae fakir)

One very good about Ebco is salary is get credit your account every month on time (4 or 5 of every month). You can wark as much as you can. One thing good about Ebco is you are not forcing workman to work extra hours after office hours.

Not getting promoted. Ebco take more then 12 to 15 year to get you pramote.

...ronment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

I am a management student and have been interning with Ebco for a period of 2 months. The work environment is very friendly and encouraging. All the departments and people are very supportive and helpful.
