-Great place to learn and see you ideas taking shape . -Continuous management lessons /ides from CEO and he is very much approachable. -Top management very supportive. -Provide ample opportunities to grow in respective domain/department. -Employees are recognized and incentivized for good works/ sales lead closure/getting new vendors on board.

Dislikes

-Need to plan for more engagement activities by the HR. -Need to look for more incentive rewards for the Blue collars and the site managers post completion of any big projects. -Need to organize skill development programs for the execution team to be at par with the latest sports infra works.

This is My First MNC that i worked in my 9 Years of Professional Carrier, Where i have learned lot of things. There is an Exceptional support from the team members which helped to handle difficult situations that i have faced in handling the customers. and you will have better work life balance here.
