Shifting from Bangalore to Hyderabad
I’m working in Bangalore for last 9 years. Currently I got 2 offers. 1. CTS - Bangalore (CTC - 22.7 LPA) 2. Deloitte - Hyderabad (CTC - 24.2 LPA) Is it good move to shift to Hyderabad for Deloitte ? Is it ok to ask the HR if my base location can be changed to Bangalore ? Please share your thoughts

Excellent package, flexible work timings No growth at all Good for experienced candidates but freshers never consider at all because you never learn here No infrastructure, no corporate atmosphere its just couple of computers fixed in a residential appartment Employees will be forced to work on data entry projects even they are in the post of TL or manager if opposed management will fire you from the job

They don't have proper IT structure and standards, they are good at non voice and medical coding only,but don't have any experience in dealing IT project.

No IT standards ,No proper management they value or don't even listen to developers,no infrastructure and much more,very delayed salary payment, false promises. Will resigning they don't pay you.

I've worked at some good companies in the past but never have i felt more welcome or valued than i started at best companies! Since then it's gotten better and better. The senior management team and especially Ramesh Chopra (CEO) are always looking for ways to improve the way we work and working environment. Finally, fantastic organisation to work for if you are creative and an ideas machine! It's a real environment in which to realize your full potential...If you see opportunity - go for it!!

They Have SupportEd the employee ??? Wait!!! Yaya! that too during covid 19 by firing them with no prior notice. The thing which the employee deserve as we work with EBA. Have to be very grateful for them😊 As polite as I can!
