A place where they throw people out of jobs just like that. Students rule the place. Management gets money and acts after the words of their students. Professors are forced to give hundred marks for students!. By saying that University when correcting SRM papers are reducing marks purposefully! As if they don't have any other important work. It's a business for management not a service.

Too many hierarchy for approval Very tough relieving process No holidays on Saturdays Sometimes even Govt. Holidays are even made working day without reimbursement or compensation holidays. No increments but monthly appraisal and regular termination based on yearly appraisal.

No secure job Most time data collection work will be there rather than Teaching or research You have to be in more useless committees. Unwanted repeated data collection and lot of approval procedures.

New offer. Confused.
My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?
