If you choose JVR Enterprises which is also part of Eastman Exports pvt. Ltd. Then it is very big mistake of your life, the management is in very wrong hand non technical person seating on plant head position. Abusing language used by them is coman in there work culture. Main reason is for there behaviour is they are not get this respected position by hardwork and efforts but they get their position by MD or owner blessings. They (non technical plant Head)just filling their pockets, nothing doing for company profits. That's why company in loss till now.

I enjoyed the people i worked with.it was a friendly and fun atmosphere,and i actually enjoyed going to work each morning.i felt that the leadership team was great too..
