Nothing, don't join this company. They will not give you salary. Also, deduct the salary. Keep on hold. Complete poor work culture. You can't do any work without asking the MD, very much interference.

Very poor work culture, you cannot do anything. Only meetings no outcomes. Time waste. If you want to destroy your career then only join. Person who are local, old having their own group, does not entertain new people and let them do any work also. Attrition rate is very high max work life is 4-6 months, also very strict timings almost 11 hrs everyday. And working on Sundays too.

1. Sometimes Company does not allows you to leave on time even after the duty hours over. 2. Company management interfere in your day to day decision which make u get confuse to take the decision all the time 3. Some times Company hold the Money after u resigning from the company but thanks to God it does not happen with me.

Management is very un-educated and un-professional. Behavior towards employees is very bad. This is a 57-year-old company but as of now they do not have a HR department, this shows how bad they are treating to workers. No staff welfare or facility. No defined policy. They think in India professionals are available on the roadside. No value to employees. Low-quality hiring and unprofessional recruitment process.
