company is good. company culture is good.

Here is a lot of politics. I have given interview in Durgapur branch in west Bengal. But certain employee like operation head in Durgapur branch she is very nasty girl. She does not know anything and even she has no basic knowledge for company operation. She is always rejected employees because of her vested interest. She recruited employees for her family member otherwise she is rejected other reference employees with trick of psychological pressure.
