As i hold responsible position,i feel good in term of job satisfaction,though salary is low,growth not upto the mark.i developed a lot in m/c operation,hence not willing to leave but enjoy the position.still i think for better opportunity if getting.

Dislikes

1.in consistency in quality product. 2.respect not proper. 3.proper designation is not maintained. 4.proper authority in powere and purchase in not there.
