There is no growth, there is no benefits and compensations other than salary in hand. Your work will never be taken under consideration while increaments. Increament policy is totally based on mood of authorities. No work culture and no professionalism prevails in here.

It's a end of job search for persons who are sycophant, don't want to take initiatives, want a lazy, boring and pathetic workplace with full on-time salary. But the Directors are well behaved in communication.

Here good salary and designation totally depends upon luck and level of flattery. Skills never counted. Ediots with good luck can get 6figures easily here.

Good for a fresher to start his carrier, you will learn a lot here, 70% employee here will be friendly. Brush up ur skills and good experience you will get. People here fall in love and get married very soon, one of the main benefit of working here 😄 Trust me.

No appreciation from top management, Appraisals are very low that too if your getting one, salary hike 👎 they don't give experience letters most importantly.

...one & boot lickers then it is the best company in India without a single doubt. You will get a handsome salary without imagination .

...urday offs. Manager give some tasks to learn something but very limited. Polite. Good bonus but thats too a part of salary.

...g an old employee they find themselves as the owner of the company. Slow growth. Gratuity is included in CTC but not shown in salary slip.
