Nothing, Small Entrepreneur company without Ethics, salaries never on time

Dislikes

No Commitment fulfilled, never made payments on time to the vendor. Most of the staff has already left due to Covid as they did not intent to pay their staff. Covid management is a big failure and chances of revival to this company seems very less as they have outstanding in the market. Hopefully they will become bankrupt.

Likes

Job security: No problem as hardly one has been terminated. Work culture: You will have to learn adjusting performers and non performers. both will be treated equally. Management: It is owner driven company and owners hardly interact with low or middle level employee. Top level in turn thinks themselves as owner and put themselves in first while reaping profit and ignore their junior. Skill development & training: With owners not taking any initiative and relying totally upon top level personnel, there is no on board skill development and training.

Dislikes

This organization is good and the owners are no doubt are very good. The only problem that the hierarchy level only demotivates you every day as you will not find to hear your plea.

I got support of Rs 10000 for 2 months only.

Dislikes

They fact that the cut the salary of March, even before the actual pandemic situation came into full effect. They have not given me any reimbursement nor paid any pending dues after I gave them my resignation which they accepted
