Company atmosphere like prisoner and under pressure work. There is fix time for joining office but leaving office have to take permission from account manager.....worst experience in job life.....

... hear any top management in company. Public holiday they force to coming office. Otherwise deducted salary.

U know in currents market business greetings down but Still our boss and company pay salary on time to all staff and no any pressure of job work all manager and bosses is too supported to all

10 to 6 job timing no one is gonna stop you after 6 pm , it's depend on your work, if there is workload sit and finish, and if work flow is going well than no need to sit after 6.pm plus every second Saturday is holiday and remaining three Saturdays half day till 1.30 pm.

They cheated with me on very first day ceo of a company asked me to help him in checking his mails,i was appointed for import coordinator post but after joining ceo of the company was forcing me to handle both the posts import coordinator and ceo's Assistant,somehow i managed to handle both the profiles, but there are some people who hates you for no reason, one of mine colleague gaved negative review of mine to CEO so he hold mine confirmation after completing six months also if company dont comes to know that wheter employee is working or not or may be he is able to handle this post or not, while joining HR AND CEO told me that they will give me confirmation in 6 months, but after completing 8 months i didn't got any reply from HR AND CEO so i took decision and exited from there, and in the end they gaved me experience letter for the post of import coordinator only as i was handling both the profiles IMPORT COORDINATOR AND CEO'S ASSISTANT, i felt that i was cheated, not to worry god is great, if you do worng things with good people god will see them,they have to pay for it what they did was unprofessional.

Company is good, but management lacks awareness about employees. Teammates are always waiting for your bad day. Altogether bad working culture.

Dislikes

No team effort, HR barely knows that you exist and Lack of interactions with employess of other branch. Directors should really check about the knowledge employees and branch managers have about the trade.

Teammates are good and training provided is very good.

There is a lot of favoritism going on in this company, people working in team are forced to do overwork and leaves are not allowed even reasons are genuine. This company allows testing of new software which are not properly developed due to which users are forced to do single task multiple times and company people are involved in miscreant working of software.
