FOR TEAM BUILD UP WE NEED TO DO TRAINING PROGRAM AND YEAR TO YEAR CAREER GROWTH, SALARY GROWTH SHOULD BE MAINTAINED AS PER PERFORMANCE, APPRAISAL SHOULD BE FAIR, IN SOME PLACES( LIKE UP COUNTRY HOTEL/ DA) TRAVEL POLICY NEED TO BE RECTIFIED

There was nothing to like,no GMP and manufacturing was very dirty,don't know how branded qsr's like kfc,wow momo and brittannia take products from them.quality at its worst !!one might get seriously ill and foreign body

Manager is toxicand worthless,no proper work management.toxic culture and environment created by most management people in production,quality and accounts of RMPM.Gm is also sleazy.overall never work there or you will get frustrated for life

COMPANY'S PRODUCT QUALITY IS GOOD, CUSTOMER SATISFACTION IS ALSO GOOD BUT THERE ARE SOME CHANGES REQUIRED FOR THE HR POLICY , LIKE NEW TSI APPOINTMENT , THE GIVEN SALARY IS NOT LIKED BY THE NEW TSI AND THEY ARE ALSO NOT LIKING THE NEW TSI TRAVEL POLICY. THE SETTLEMENT SHOULD BE PROPERLY DONE FOR THE ONES WHO ARE LEAVING THE COMPANY AND LASTLY THE SALRY INCREAMENT SHOULD BE DONE YEARLY TIME TO TIME, OVERALL IS GOOD.

All the employees here have very good seniors support us a lot, we fell very well in this company and working environment is well.

The work pressure is very high because All the goods item in our company expiry 3-4 months.
