The middle management is fully influenced by south politics, on 2019 after joining of Mr. Surendar Babu (BU head) HO and site working situation become worse, he deliberately started eliminating employs who were not for south and stared building his own lobby. Finally on 2021 Dec he was kicked out by management. During his time line he was failed to bring any new business for company.

I had worked 1.6 years in this company or say i started my career from this company only.Staff is Very helpful in nature. Good speaking skills.Nice people. Nice Mr. Harsh gupta ji ...all are nice except...i have mentioned detailed about him in cons....please refer there..

...person who does nothing at all. A person who is looting and fooling the company. I don't know how can someone do this to the company who provide him with such great package after that also they do these kind of things....Such a shame

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good salary timely every months

This company is good for freshers because they are creating a good decision for staff. They are give to our employees to improve our quality services.

In this company salary incriminating is not good.

Huge salary is provided to some useless employees and very less to hard working employees.

Dislikes

Some butterers give bad report of sincere persons to MD. Immediately on the spot termination is done without informing employee and without salary of one month whereas one month salary is mentioned in appointment letter. No cooperation is there for new male staff.
