Politics Salary delays Internal team bitching No support from upper management Low pay grade No promotions / they will not provide u even your confirmation letter. Some stakeholders are good here but majorly everyone is just involved in politics,bitching. VP level people are jealous from their own team mate performance. Every department looks like a call centre. VP level individual have left the company in 1-2 months just because of culture. Overall this company can do much better in terms of revenue but they need to restructuring of some teams and find the right talent for the growth of the company.

...d and has a very good environment with best incentives running around the month. They offer good salary packages as well. Also, they ensure good work life balance is met throughout. I would recommend all my friends to join this organization.

Nothing! Listed company with below average mindset of promoters. Operators like Lala company like paying salary whenever it feels like. Hire and fire people on their own and use their influence and give negative feedback to industry of a candidate so that no one can hire them, and practices remained not noticeable to travel trade.

Zero job security as you could asked to leave any moment as per liking of management, irrespective whether vertical is doing great. Have a strange work culture to hire experienced under paid staff and then fire them over a period of time without any reasons . Managment get maximum out of new joined than fire around 01 yrs time and re-hiring process starts again. Hence they are aways opening is this company. Staff get lure considering it is a growing company and open themself of the repeat process.

...t of marketing they do, but the actual reality of the company is something else. There is no fixed time for salary, it is paid as when required. I have been asking for a laptop for the past 1 month but till now they issued me a desktop, they do not work properly. There are 8 hours shifts in the hotel operations department and even the chairs are not in good condition where you have to work for 8 hours. The main issue is every month there is a new vice president change which changes the way you work in the market. There is no feedback meeting here. The biggest truth here everyone calls himself a manager. Like School children here the manager also emails the lunch break timings to their team at what time you have to go. I suggest that fresher or experienced please do not join the company if you want to work in the travel and tourism or hotel department and start your career with another company. EaseMyTrip ruined your mental health and work-life also.

6 days working Highly under paying company Salary is never on time,, usually after 5th of every month Higher management has no idea if they want to run an OTA or a B2B travel agency.
