I am working in this company for more than 23 years. The organization is rich in work ethics, no politics, transparency, approachable management, open feedback culture, women safety etc

The Infrastructure is amazing

It's a horrible culture They are Dictators and body language is unprofessional. No liberty to think or work for betterment of the company. You have to be a blind follower. Your values dont matter at all. You have to ask permission for silly things, i.e. even wifi connection approval is given only by Directors.
