Worst place to work. They don't have manner to speak. They don't have professionalism. They are doing mental harrasment with there employees. And there customer support is worst And in the name of customer support they force you to do sales

... So, I would say it became a little easier for me to maintain work life balance. I, also asked for a substantial salary hike later upon which they agreed. Of course, unhappily.

Dislikes

Micro managing their employees. Their bothersome son, Piyush always stands behind your back while you'll be doing the work. It's quite irritating. They also make you submit your mobile phones as you enter the office. Even during the lunch time, you will not be allowed to go out. My time there made me remember a really great film named, "12 Years A Slave". Apart from all this, these white collared owners of the company won't hesitate to use cheap language against you if something doesn't go their way. A lot of office politics was also being played by the employees.

Nothing to like. Manipulation on workplace. Over’s mart employees always back pulling other. Planning plotting. No appropriations for hard work.

Dislikes

Each and everything. Nothing to like about this. No work ethic’s, mobile phones are submitted not allowed to use phone or just to check . They don’t bothered about you’re personal life. Nothing matters to them. Old employee always try to act smart in front of boss they don’t even cost penny.

There alot of politics and management doesn't address employee. Worst company ever I started my career with the bad people. Lala company hai choti si company hai rakhenge or nikal denge actually they want superman jo khud samjh jaye ye chahte kya hai
