There is lot to say, Poor management, Office Gossips-even a higher officials do those gossips and make you feel low and bad on yourself and your work. Asking too much personal questions, No updated software even MS, No opportunity for growth, full of politics, Using employees knowledge and make fool of employees by telling lies. Talk Rubbish in the meetings. Managements are not even mature by mind and always gossiping about employees. Surely, NO JOB SECURITY.

* Work pressure - means you become slave * Be ready to work for 15 to 18hrs per day without any break * Nobody got appraisal unless you bootlick * Dirty restroom compared to public toilets * No shoes/foot wear allowed inside company - yuk * Mobiles not allowed inside (imagine not able to use your mobile 18hrs a day/family emergency)
