Engaging with teachers and students.

Dislikes

There is no structure in terms of processes in the organisation. The quality of product is extremely poor, it is just a money making machine. There is no learning from the work. The managers think it is okay to yell and mistreat their employees. HR is totally useless.

Nothing much to like about it.

Dislikes

1. For Sales roles, they hire people for seasonal campaigns and they never disclose this. Once the campaign is over during their peak season, they ask to leave the company. 2. As far as reimbursements, this is the worst company to work with. They take time to clear it more than 3 months. Also, they keep blaming the employees that if they don't bring the business, they will not cleared their reimbursements. 3. Work Life Balance is a myth if you are working for this company. They even don't bother to call you midnight. While driving on the highways, they force you to attend Google meets twice in a day. 4. Micro Management is their sole objective. They keep watch on very smaller things. 5. God bless their customers. If we onboard any customer schools, they keep threatening for the advance payments and without which they don't dispatch a single book.

Learnings are very good regarding sales, skills and knowledge. Very manager's are very good to work with. You have liberty to think new, express and implement. Few Teammates are helpful.

Dislikes

Lot of differentiation for North and South employees, favourtism to north employees by CEO. Location tracking app is linked with claims and uncomfortable because in busy times we may forgot to use and loose money. Very bad in doing F&F to employees. Some H.O employees show a lot of attitude and No proper work culture.

There is a lot of hippocratic culture which is there in the organization and people who love to get involved in politics and make there way up the ladder through talking dirty about other people then this is the best organization to work with and people will grow in life.

Dislikes

There is nothing to like about the organization if you join in for sales as there is no growth path and the iteration rate is realy high which does not give opportunity to new roles as the organization is busy filling the empty spaces. Life insurance sales is something you can still pick up incase you plan on to join the organization.
