Only salary.....dyson hires at good salary package & as a dyson employee one gets 30% employee discount on its product (although dyson products are way too costly)

Dislikes

Managers are incompetent & play blame game. My Manager was a management pleasing person, they did not even once conducted 1-1 feedback session with me for full 10 months & later tells you about all your flaws. Company is laying off employess with no particular reason. No program for employee learning & development (they just give you linkedin learning access) As per norms going in industry, dyson is way behind as you have nothing to learn & grow your skills Politics is very much prevelant & there is hardly a proper place to sit inside office. HR is not even able to conduct any good event (for eg- Diwali celebration was a big mess). Culture & working environment is bad too. Have a lot to write but would sum it up saying dont join DYSON DBS team.

Micro-managing team leader Weak leadership team Team leaders are hardly 3 months experienced in CS Team and act as if they are experienced for years. Big EGO issues among ZERO Work life balance - Sundays are working even when every job is almost outsourced Reducing job security

... end report misses any sales you'll loss out money. No one is going to help you. The worst part is in retail stores like croma and reliance, mangers there are very frustrated because there salary lesser than your salary.

Starting salary is not that bad. And yearly increment is also as per industry average. Similar the case for ratings/growth/promotions.

Dislikes

If you are lucky, you may be get to know to things earlier than a week but not before. The yearly increament/ratings/primotions/quality of work/growth is average at most and it will stay like this for ever. It's useless to expect quality work/ work satisfaction.

no Work Life balance if working in CISO unbrella, CITO is still far better if working till tier 2. unmatchable salary packages, so if ready than go for it.

My inline manager and my team, worst kamchor people i had who dont want to work just wanted to manupulate and try to give their work too.
