One of the nicest pros are: 1. Work life balance. 2. Organisation put lot of effort in providing the content help, courses and learning sharing. 3. Organisation put a lot of effort in gathering internal feedbacks from employees to improve and improvise.

Dislikes

1. The pay-scale slots defined are very short in range even for experienced employees. 2. Management preferences does exist in organisations for promotions.

Likes

Holidays are approved without much of hesitation. Workload is balanced most of the time.

Dislikes

Worst Appraisal policy. They simply say they do not have allotted budget to give a decent Appraisal. They will just say your performance is too good but we cannot give you a good Appraisal. So if you wish to join Dynata, forget about growth.

nothing's really good about this company except the pick and drop facility

IT's full of dislikes, no job security, highly unprofessional staff, no skill learning. Copy pasting the only work you are supposed to do

Dynata has good internal knowledge base which may be very helpful if you want to gain knowledge and interested to learn about research or industry

Dislikes

Shifts and you don't see any growth if you are experienced(both financially and skill wise) and it may be great option if you are a fresher to start your carrier
