Company is full of favourtism and politics. They will withhold your salary even for more than 45 days. You wont get salary properly. They will force you to work more than 10 hours everyday. So be careful , people who join

...lmost 36 years back. I left it and joined Department of Atomic Energy in 1986. My first salary in Dynaspede was Rs.650/- per month. I still appreciate one Mr.Joy, who was office in charge, who initially developed my skills. Guven an opportunity still willing to work with Dynaspede irrespective of salary offered.

Its an excellent company to work with in terms of carrier development. But work -life balance is tough to maintain. Dynaspede is having an excellent system management where individual has to do only the defined tasks.. for example, as a plc programmer my work was to do only plc progarmming..no other works like validation,commissioning,component selection etc..will be able to concentrate fully on programming and the team leads are with excellent technical expertise.
