Confused about Salary negotiations

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

Company allows to develop your technical skills by providing access of all equipment available in inventory. Anyone can make their own setups & do testing.

Dislikes

Company culture is horrible. There is no policy for employees working hours. They have created a North Korea inside India. Only the owner is earning, there is not rest to employees even after working for more than 72 hours continuously.
