Company allows to develop your technical skills by providing access of all equipment available in inventory. Anyone can make their own setups & do testing.

Dislikes

Company culture is horrible. There is no policy for employees working hours. They have created a North Korea inside India. Only the owner is earning, there is not rest to employees even after working for more than 72 hours continuously.

There’s nothing to be liked about, they are horrible exploiters

Dislikes

They are worse people in the Industry, they don’t provide employees any documentations they made me quit my last job for their 2 days trial and as I denied to work 24x7 they said I don’t fit to their job.

Shifting from Bangalore to Hyderabad
I’m working in Bangalore for last 9 years. Currently I got 2 offers. 1. CTS - Bangalore (CTC - 22.7 LPA) 2. Deloitte - Hyderabad (CTC - 24.2 LPA) Is it good move to shift to Hyderabad for Deloitte ? Is it ok to ask the HR if my base location can be changed to Bangalore ? Please share your thoughts
