From outside it was good to see ,when entered into system very worse than thought . So i personally liked only the marketting part they do on social media and at stock exchange in books.there it seems company is doing great.

...d, what marks you have scored. They have same old raddi pay pattern of theirs. No standard / lucrative salary structure for freshers result - loose freshers at very beginning. So no new talent only old chaps with no spark, no innovation,no vision to do anythink. 4) less appraisal / no appraisal . 5) when it comes to management they want you to be their even if you are dying but when it comes to paying they will even deduct single paisa . Last bt not the least the leaving from that organization is the worst experience part. All working there are just doing time pass ..kursi todo ,kaam khatam, salary b toh nahi hai. Toh mast raho.

The management gives me the freedom to experiment with different digital marketing campaigns and we have been able to achieve successful online interactions and build a strong presence. I receive a lot of support, feedback, and active involvement from Mr. Ashish ji, the director of the company.

I feel satisfied and safe working at this office. There are multiple ways in which women are empowered in this space compared to other companies I have worked at previously. They also serve freshly cooked lunch at the company with a variety of options each week.

Company has hired very good consultant like Maj. Gen Neeraj Bali, Anil Aggarwal Sir. Etc who are contributing to develop good company culture.

Alll the data controlled by one single person which creates a monopoly.

Pros- Job security Work life balance Cons- No skill development (at all) Poor work culture within the department and in the organisation as well. Salaries are too low to start off with and also doesn't multiply as you expect it to be (2-3k annually ) in general. Also the HR policies such as 2 month notice period for executives is not at all acceptable.
