...e in one of our week off, then they are forcing to do work on next week off..... heard that for some employees they force to work on week off without payment. Compulsary shifts - Employee need to take morning or night shift in between. Bonds - 2 year bonds are there, need to pay huge amount to break it in between. Work overload - There will be work load everytime since most of the employees will be leaving company once 2 year bond time is over and they will recruit freshers and dump the work on them.

...en after completing the bond and if we resigned they will ask for a 50,000 rs .. no one is getting salary if put the resignation , the reality is that notice period is 2 months. So employee has to work for them 2 months without pay. .... DONT JOIN THIS COMPANY... ONE OF THE WORST COMPANY EVER ..

... will do it. Work environment is very bad there is so much stress and work load. They won't give you proper leave or salary. They will find sully excuses to hold your appraisal and leaves.

Here you get full autonomy to choose the right solution for a given business problem. As usual there will be constraints of cost, schedule and scope. But an architects skill is to solve the problem within these constraints. I got opportunity to solve many of real-life problems within these constraints.

Worst HR manager and HR department.They are blackmailing the staffs and taking money if we resign from the job.They are illegally taking cheques from employees and keeping and blackmailing ..There is no break time and if we need to go to toilet or washroom we need to take approval from the manager!!!! The worst company that India had ever seen
