The company is open to adopt new ideas. I love the fact being not a part of operations but still from operations people do come and ask for suggestion.Senior Managemnet is very helpful and guide properly.

Working at this company has been one of the worst decisions of my career. I experienced a lack of professionalism and an unhealthy work environment here. During my time in the Bangalore office, the manager was so full of himself and dismissive that he even expected all the employees to work on leave when they had any serious issues happening at home with their personal lives. The culture here is deeply toxic, it is common for senior employees from Pune and Bangalore office to address freshers or junior employees with derogatory names and insults. Overall the office environments of Dynalog are hostile and I would definitely not recommend anyone to work here if they are seeking a respectful and supportive workplace.

I worked with Dynalog more than 3 years, it's very good place to learn and seniors are quite supporting they are maintaining positive working atmosphere.

Dislikes

There's no not that much negative but yes management should think of lower career growth of employees as well as salaries of employees working at branch offices.
