...g employees. No clear HR & reimbursement policy. The work pressure is very high. Sometime employees have to work for 14-18 hours without any compensation.

Its worst organisation to work as they have pathetic culture to sustain for any individual. Small organisation but major communication gap among decision makers.

Dislikes

They hire when they feel the requirements but dont know to utilize individual skill in terms of growth and opportunity. Work culture is pathetic. No job security as in my tenure they have fired people suddenly and without any reason.

I was selected for mangement trainee poiation from our college gurgaon after few days of joining organisation said go to parkings in whole delhi ncr and collect data of their park owners like name cell no etc. me and my others also selected so tht we are going to collect data in diffrent location we provide data but after few days org we are moving another project Rwa resident welfare association they dont have clear vision about their product neither they pay all of us stipend whicha was fixed as 6000. worst mangement u never going learn and earn wirh this organisation. Never try to join this organisation puneer and ashish are the big cheaters they dont pay your stipend or slry.
