deductions in everything like salary, leaves, appraisals. appraisal not given on timely basis. if you are appraisal due on march next years it will be due in October that means after your 1 and half year from last appraisal next years it will goes to 2 year gap. they will only give you half deduction arrears amount not full. they have many reasons to deduct salary. no proper response from HR. you have to work like donkey and follow the rules which they are changing as per there own. every person has different rules. if you will not join teams meeting. they will mark half day. You are punching through there app but still you want share in/out time on whatsapp group. if you will not share they will mark you as absent. managers and team leads threat you every time for very very small reasons. overall the company steals money on every pretext.

it’s a fraud company, do not interview here They will take your documents like salary slips in the interview round itself and will never contact you back, so do not waste your time interviewing in this organisation. There is no technical growth and their payscale is also very low below market standards

I have been working with dynacons for 1year few months.This is really awesome organisation.People are supportive here,.It also depends on your team.I am fortunate to get a very supportive team.I am grateful working with dynacons.

...rs before joining. HR didn't pass information time. HR demand for one year bond. Less pay more deductions. No leaves.

Worst Company, If you join the work , you won't get full salary, Middle of the month, they are detucked your salary,If you ask them, they are mentioned security deposit,

...u, if you face some issue, especially I don't recommend their company, you know this month start home take salary per month ten thousand, Middle of the month you will get per month eitht thousand they are mentioned security deposit, we cannot run the daily work life balance,
