Apart from salary you get additional benefits of subsidised or sometimes free Medical & Dental facilities. There is an additional attraction of D.Y. Patil Stadium,where IPL matches & National/International concerts happen. For example, Katy Perry, Dua Lippa, Bieber, 50 cents & alot more. Recently, Cold Play concert is going to happen there. The University Campus too is world class with good brand value. Hospitals too have latest machinery. Each & evey festival is celebrated there. There are many colleges, so there is mostly young crowd, which make the atmosphere vibrant.

Dislikes

There is no centralised system. There is no proper performance appraisal cycle. There is disparity in salary distribution. There are no training programs organised for skill development. The growth is slow.

Fishers should not work there as their all staff is very bad ..They don't give any kind of increament on your salary and lot of casteism is there ... Some of the staffs get increaments because of their castes but Sc, Obc And many other lower castes will not get any kind of increament according to my experience...

... all community games here so one should never apply for any positions here also there is no growth , no salary increments ,etc

Dislikes

No salary increments, not true to the words as commited, much work pressure , all 24/7 you should able to answer the phone calls no relaxation on Saturday and Sunday you have to be there when they require you , here heads don't listen to anyone they have their favourites and it's all about the community games they play from director to TL so you have no things to explore , also you should always listen to them to stay in their good books

Management is list bother about functioning of University. VC is not eligible and highly incompetent. Not sufficient faculty members. Does not follow rules and regulations of council.

...ofessional ethics and they have never heard of work culture or employee welfare. No employee benefits even in case of serious health issues thay consider half pay or leave without pay to all employees who were suffering from Covid.

Dislikes

No work ethics, highly unprofessional and unskilled staff. Top management is a joke who are misers and only want to save money even at the cost of the life of their employees.
