For Backend it is good to learn more things but in th Front End we can't explore more in the RTL design and verification. So choose Backend for the freshers to learn new technologies

Overall average with no job security. Politics in the benefits from the lead Salary wise is not to standard in my opinion Culture and company environment is very good Each time we need to update the work to resource manager( I felt scared so many times)

Th most important is Learning and the managers ,staff here are too friendly and encouraging in nature . In the starting of your career this is the best company that you can choose to learn as much as can. Especially the cafeteria is too Good .
