...supportive. Only problem is the higher management who does not give proper hike. Compensation is always very lower than other companies. Also, deserving employees have to fight for their promotion always otherwise they won't get promotion easily. Growth is only good in terms of learning and work environment is also very good but not in promotion and compensation.

Deserving employees does not get promotion without fighting and very less financial growth. Hike percentage is very less for high performing members as well.

Management is very poor. No job security. No extra benifits other than Ur salary and no variable pay too. No MNC culture. You cannot stay more than 2 years they will ask u when ur leaving. No HR . No growth. I recommend not to join in Lorenzo Ur career will spoil . Out of 300 Developers 250 Developers are searching for job means how we can think of this situation. No outing no team lunch.

...t is very lethargic about giving employees the right opportunities they deserve. They practice huge pay difference in onsite for same positions as well.

Existing employees get peanuts. You might be getting a good entry package but they will not increase that years to come.

Senior professionals are also able to work on technical skills handson. Senior folks are not overloaded with managerial work. Company is growing big under the new leadership of Mike Salvino.

Flat organization structure. Salary difference at the same level.
