The Company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that i am part of a technical team with technically skilled people. I can learn and teach technically . Another plus point is that your colleagues comes from various cultural background and we work happily in collaboration. There is no work pressure.

On-Site is completely depends on your manager, Compensation is average and not much hike . Job security is unknown. Skill Recognition needs to be improved.

Salary is on time and permanent WFH. Work life balance is good. There are multiple projects for SAP. You will be recognized for your work done. You can upskill by L&D internally with Linkedin and Udemy.

Easy Leaves approval, work life balance, culture is good.

Dislikes

Compensation & benefits are poor. DXC don't pay well, employees are underpaid n never gives bonuses to there employees which are mentioned in there CTC. Even for basic rebursement of WiFi in pandemic, they hv so much formality n i feel they hv instructed managers not to approve expenses.
