Company is not professional. If you want to join in senior position than better not join as it has hire & fire policy. If you are lucky (If the Management likes you) than will stay but not more than 2-3 years. Marketing of the brands is poor that's why the company has been 100 crore only for last 40 years. If a person wants to start his career as a Medical Representative than they can join with less salary, take experience & after few months join another company

Unprofessional Company! Career garbaging policy! Inhumanity , Chillar salary and allowance policy ,no job security ,no career not a single thing to like! No value of a life of employee and his family too! Minus star rating for this company!

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Till now nothing is happening which I didn’t like But I can add that there is lack of cultural event which bring us as festive unity.

Very bad company.... It's like Baniye ki dukaan.... No job security since 1st month.... No HR Role for employees .... Bogus company... I have worked as ABM but none of my employees get settlement.... Never join this company....
