Some new people have come in this company, by whose work they are sinking the branches. They are doing politics, by doing casteism they are making people of their caste employed in the branch. Whatever drug will be given to Siniyar in this, he will be given by them.He will be able to work through it. He will not be given alcohol, he will be given a job 300 km away from his home or he will be transferred.

Company culture is good, timings were good till Covid-19

Dislikes

Need to stick to company policies respective of any situation. Top management depend more on Middle (regional) management which may lead to bias. Middle management should not create its own rule to manage the team which may lead to demotivate employees.
