Dutch bangla bank is currently one of the top local banks in Bangladesh. Since this bank wants to maintain itself in the competition, the work pressure here can be easily acquired. One can easily enter any other good bank with job experience in this bank.

Like any other bank in bangladesh Dutch bangla bank is not employee friendly but it is a customer friendly bank. As a result, the employees of this bank do not get much opportunity. And here the work pressure is so high that the employees have to take a lot of stress. Which destroys the normal functioning of a person.

Managerial system is very good, This bank first stublist first online banking policy in Bangladesh. Their work environment to all of banking policy is so good. This bank first through to the market mbile banking system in the Bangladesh.
